Get help with product applications, store decisions, payment records, receipts and support on AdepaPay.
Apply for an eligible product
Open a listing and select an available option. Sign in, provide required details and documents, review the actual quote and store terms, then submit.
Track your request
Use My Applications or My Swaps for decisions and My Payment Plans for schedules. Payment History and Receipts show payments confirmed by authorized store staff.
Missing payment records
The purchase workflow does not automatically charge your wallet or bank account. Contact the store if an external payment is missing; do not send it again simply because a page has not updated.
