Replacement price, credit and top-up
The swap listing amount is the replacement product price for the swap option. It is not a guaranteed trade-in credit or a fixed top-up. The store offers a credit; the amount payable is the agreed replacement price minus the accepted credit.
Offer acceptance and exchange
Review the offer before accepting. Accepted, valid offers reserve stock while available. The full agreed top-up must be recorded as paid before staff confirm the physical exchange.
Condition, expiry and cancellations
Stores configure accepted device categories, minimum condition, offer validity and instructions. Check the offer expiry and store terms. Eligible unpaid, unfulfilled requests may be cancelled; the platform does not automate refunds.
