Who we are
AdepaPay is a hire-purchase ecosystem for Ghana, accessible at adepapay.com and owned and operated by Bridgeway Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Ghana under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). AdepaPay connects the people and businesses involved in acquiring goods on hire-purchase and instalment terms and provides the tools that make those transactions possible.

What we do
AdepaPay operates in four connected capacities:
Verification and scoring platform
we provide identity-verification, affordability and indicative credit-scoring tools, including a Customer risk score built from purchase and repayment behaviour.
Payment facilitator
we enable deposits, instalments and collections to be processed through licensed third-party Payment Partners regulated by the Bank of Ghana, including processing refunds to Customers once a Merchant has initiated them.
Merchant enablement platform
we give Merchants onboarding, catalogue, record-keeping and management tools to run their hire-purchase business.

Our role
AdepaPay is a neutral technology intermediary. We are not a seller, owner of goods, lender, financier, insurer, underwriter or bank, and we are not a party to the contracts formed between Users. Every hire-purchase, sale, credit or insurance contract is formed directly between the relevant Users, who are responsible for its terms and performance.
